Thorsun products purchased at full price can be returned by United States based customers up to 15 days after the original date of purchase for a full refund (less shipping & handling), providing the item is in its full condition with all tags still attached. All products purchased on sale are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return or exchange, e-mail info@thorsun.com with your order number and you will receive detailed instructions on how to go about completing your return or exchange.
